I would like to leave behind the story of my life as an Ugly Duckling. Until meeting my partner, I felt like one despite all my achievements. It was a very difficult period, but after that – the big shift, I took with me the New Testament to join the rest of my life. I am not at all an Old Testament type. The Old Testament is bloody and crude and vengeful with its demand of the Ten Commandments. But I am the New Testament type. I prefer the love commandment – it has everything one needs in life. Recently, I was travelling with a group, and after a few drinks, the conversation came to death and burial. When I was asked where do I want to be buried, I said: Heaven! And so I thought, how nice to be so free, no need to think about your limits. My life is here and now. The New Testament offers guidance for each day.
